any liquid cooled S chassis chaincase will work.  Same with any liquid cooled F chassis chaincase.  they are all the same.

If you need one i have one for $30 shipped, ad 15 if you want the cover too.

Just wondering if anyone here would know, is there any other skidoo model chaincase that would fit a '97 mxzx? or are they model specific

Yes, all were standard equipment.

The bras- yes plural, it was a 2 piece unit, front piece was smaller and covers front half of tank and wraps around fuel neck. The second piece covers the rear half of the tank and is a good size. I have NEVER seen any new ones on eBay. I did find a spare of each at a dealership a few years ago, they are VERY hard to find. Call around your local dealer, especially those that do and did have race riders / teams in the past. Part numbers for the bras are in the microfiche.

Handle bar pads- more common as a few other s-chassis and zx chassis came with yellow ones. But finding a CLEAN used one is the hard part.

Good luck and welcome to the site,

I don't have anything yet just searching for an inexpensive and decent sled, I don't mind wrenching. I do know of a MXZX that has the prototype sticker on it thought.
